Every newspaper agency, route vendor, and depot manager is entitled to an unrestricted 30-Day Free Trial of VendorPro upon initial registration. No payment card or UPI commitment is required during the trial. We encourage you to run morning copy indents, test Bluetooth thermal printer pairing, and inspect WhatsApp PDF statements prior to purchasing a paid plan.

If you purchase a paid subscription (such as Agency Monthly or Annual Pro) and determine that VendorPro does not satisfy your circulation workflow requirements, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.

No questions asked. The total subscription amount paid will be credited back to your original source account (UPI VPA or bank account) within 5–7 banking business days.

cancel 3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your VendorPro subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees:

• In-App Cancellation: Open the app, navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
• Direct Request: Email our support desk at [email protected].

Upon cancellation, your agency retains access to all features until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. Your local SQLite databases, customer lists, and past ledgers remain 100% accessible on your device in offline mode.

sync 4. How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to [email protected] with:

1. Your registered WhatsApp mobile number (+91...)
2. Agency trade name and transaction reference (UPI UTR / Order ID)
3. A brief note stating your refund request
